As people, we are meant to strive within a healthy community. We are made to feel celebrated and at home among a group of people where we feel like we belong. At times, however, we need help getting prepared for healthy group participation. In my one-on-one coaching, I listen closely to individuals, attune with them and partner together to explore a way forward.
